Over the past 10 years, Jennifer Ghidiu has worked with the Big Picture network of schools, as a classroom teacher, school leader, coach and director. Currently, Jennifer is supporting school startup in several different states in her region, coordinating research and data collection for the national organization, and providing direct support to a new Big Picture school in her own city. Big Picture Learning’s mission is the education of a nation, one student at a time, by generating and sustaining innovative, personalized learning environments that work in tandem with the real world of their greater community.
