Dickie Steele is a Principal at SYPartners, a design firm that brings creativity and optimism to help build great organizations and movements. He is currently working on several corporate transformation programs in the technology sector but also works with philanthropists and non profits. Before going SYP he worked on a wide range of education issues including community college design, the concept for the teacher channel and numerous social and emotional learning non profits.
